After several years of promptings from the Holy Spirit to encourage, uplift and empower women in their FAITH, HOPE and LOVE, I am so excited to be dedicating my life to this work! It wasn't easy though. I gave up my six figure consulting work to start anew, rebrand my life coaching practice and give 100% effort to my mission:

Hi there
I was once on a path of self-destruction myself, stressed and trying to be all things to all people. It all came to a head when I thought I was having a heart attack and ended up in the hospital with my three small children at my bedside. It was a big wake up call for me. I needed to make bold changes in my self-care routines, learn to mindfully live in the present moment, and have realistic expectations of myself and others.
Now I love helping women achieve a calm & peaceful life pursuing their greatest longings of fulfilment & joy because I see the powerful effect it has had on my life and those I've been blessed to coach!
